Residence Halls & Meal Plans
For the ones who are not sure where to live on campus, this may help you.The University is offering various residence possibilities.
It also offers to get a first impression of the residence halls on their website and on YouTube.
These are the housing possibilities on campus with a brief video introduction:
- Basil Moreau Hall
- Casa
- Jacques Dujarie Hall
- East Hall
- Hunt, Le Mans Halls
- Johnson Hall
- Teresa Hall
- Apartments
These are really modern buildings and a nice place to live.
For the ones suggesting going to St. Edward's in 2018:
There is also a total new Residence Hall under construction which will be opened in late Fall 2017!
If you want more detailed information of the housing options, such as price,
visit the websites of Residence Life and the housing website of St. Edward's.
Meal Plans
St. Edward's is offering different Meal Plans. An overview of all Meal Plans can be found here.I have choosen Meal Plan D or "Tier 4" and to be honest, I used it up half way through the semester
and I am not eating that much. So I would recommend choosing Meal Plan B or C!
But it depends on how often you are going to eat on campus.
A little tip:
You can also change your Meal Plan in the first 2 weeks of the semester!
So if you are sure you will use your Meal Plan up to fast, you can still upgrade to Meal Plan B.
For the ones who missed the Deadline, you can still use your TopperTender to pay for food.
TopperTender can be easily filled up at the office in the Main Building and in contrast to the
Meal Plan, you can get your money back at the end of the semester if did not use all the money.
